At the end of June we enjoyed a garden party. It was lovely to see all Duhovka preschool children together again, along with their families and friends. It didn't matter at all that, due to the large audience and new environment, both teachers and children occasionally forgot to sing :-). The preschoolers enjoyed their moment of fame and met with friends who had been in elementary school for several years. It was clear that many friendships remain very much alive. This reminded us that this stage for the preschoolers does not only mean saying goodbye but also reuniting with old friends.
We are happy the children’s hard work in preparation for their performance at the Garden Party paid off. The children recited and sang with joy and one could see how much they enjoyed the stories in verse and in song and how much enthusiasm they put in the performance.
