Duhovka Preschool is an international Czech-English Montessori preschool and nursery school for children from 1.5 to 6 years. With kindness and respect, our teachers aid the versatile development of every child using Montessori methodology. Our story began in 2008 with one preschool class, today we have two nursery classes and three preschool classes in two locations.
We believe that children deserve respect and trust. Our reward is their excitement, curiosity, and creativity. We are lucky to be able to accompany them on their journeys of discovery and to watch them grow. We grow with them.

Here, children don't have to say "I’ll do it myself". We support them on their path to independence, creativity and discovery. We offer morning and all-day nursery programs from 1.5 years to 3 years of age.
Preschool
In Duhovka, children experience the joy of learning and their work. They gain confidence in their abilities and are excited about the progress they are making. We offer morning and all-day preschool programs.

„We are very happy with our choice of Duhovka. The Cihelna campus is small enough that we and our daughter get to know all the teachers and children well. The atmosphere is welcoming and fun. We love the bi-weekly reports and photos which give a real sense of what the children are doing and learning. „V Duhovce jsou báječní učitelé, laskaví a empatičtí. Jemně a přitom jistě rozvíjí děti v mnoha oblastech a děti mohou jít v poznání tak hluboko, jak právě chtějí a na co se cítí. Jsou to drobné posuny každý den, ale výsledek je po třech letech ohromující. Teo na začátku “jen” přesypával fazolky a dnes tvoří vlastní knihu o krystalech, počítá a čte…a je spokojený. „Pro nás rodiče jsou nejdůležitějším bodem všeho paní učitelky a další personál. Pozorujeme jak umí vést děti ke svobodě, ale i zodpovědnosti. Nastavují dětem limity, které jim v některých činnostech brání, ale zároveň je tím ochraňují.
Za ta léta (10 let s Duhovkou) jsme jich poznali mnoho a většina z nich stala i našimi osobními přáteli.

„V Duhovce se mi líbí individuální přístup ke každému dítěti, jeho potřebám a schopnostem. Česko-anglická výuka je vedena zkušenými učiteli, kteří jsou rodilí mluvčí a rozvíjí u dětí přirozenou komunikaci v obou jazycích. Dcera je šťastná, že může trávit spoustu času s kamarády na zahradě školky, která je přizpůsobena hrám, učení i pozorování přírody. Také oceňuji skvělou komunikaci mezi rodiči, učiteli a dětmi, protože to ve školce vytváří příjemnou atmosféru. “
„Justýnka školku miluje. Každý den se do ní moc těší, když pro ní přijdu, většinou slyším: mami jsi tu brzy, ještě počkej :-). Tím mi říká, že je spokojená a nic jí tam nechybí. Já i manžel jsme nadšeni, jaký z ní roste sebevědomý člověk, který si dokáže poradit. Já osobně si ve školce připadám jako doma, všude kolem mě jsou milé a známé tváře a je mi tam moc fajn, škoda, že nejsem ještě dítě :-).
